Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

At Cloudnestone (“we,” “us,” “our”), most of our products are instant digital downloads. Since digital files cannot be physically returned, this policy focuses on fair resolution, file access support, and limited exceptions.


1. What Qualifies for a Refund?

A refund or replacement may be approved only in the following cases:

✔ Duplicate or Accidental Multiple Charge

You were charged more than once for the same order.

✔ Technical Delivery Failure

You did not receive download access within a reasonable time (after checking spam/promotions), and our team is unable to deliver the files within 72 hours of your written request.

✔ Corrupt or Incomplete Files

The delivered files are corrupted or unopenable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 72 hours.

✔ Major Listing Error

A significant mismatch between the product description and the files delivered.

For approved cases, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Payment gateways or banks may take 3–7 business days to reflect the amount.


2. Non-Refundable Items (Digital Content)

Refunds are not provided in the following situations:

  • Download access has already been successfully delivered
  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse
  • Inability to use files due to device or software limitations (when requirements are clearly mentioned)
  • Discounted, promotional, or bonus bundles once access is granted
  • Requests made after 7 days of purchase (unless required by law)

3. Exchanges & Re-Delivery

If you face any issue such as:

  • Broken download link
  • Corrupt ZIP/PDF
  • Missing files

We will re-deliver or refresh access at no additional cost after verification.
Most issues are resolved within 24–48 business hours.


4. Order Cancellation

  • Before download/access: You may request cancellation if the order has not been fulfilled
  • After download/access: Cancellation is not possible
  • Pre-orders: Can be cancelled anytime before delivery

5. How to Request a Refund

Please email us at cloudnestone7@gmail.com with the following details:

Subject: Refund Request – [Order ID]

  • Full name
  • Email used at checkout
  • Purchase date
  • Reason for request (duplicate charge, delivery issue, corrupt files, etc.)
  • Screenshots or proof (if available)

Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours.


6. Download Access & Link Expiry

  • Download links are usually delivered instantly via email or shown on the order confirmation page
  • Links may have time or attempt limits for security reasons
  • If your link expires, contact us and we will re-activate access after verification

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access and dispute escalation with the payment provider.


8. Taxes & Invoices

For billing corrections or invoice requests, please email us with your Order ID and updated details. We will assist wherever possible.

Q. I purchased by mistake. Can I get a refund?
If access wasn’t delivered, cancellation is possible. Once delivered, refunds are allowed only in the specific cases listed above.
